Woven-Relief Wood-Look Door Design

Wood-look door with woven slat relief and black pull

Design reference. Vertical warm wood-look slats weave through short horizontal blocks, forming a deep basket-like relief across most of this tall door. A long black pull is recessed into the left portion, keeping the hardware within the pattern.

Set a repeatable relief module

The pattern depends on alternating depths and regular crosspieces. Establish the width, projection and repeat before scaling it to the full leaf, then resolve a calm lower zone and clean perimeter. The pull and lock need dedicated clear areas so the relief stays comfortable to use.

Choose the warm surface after the geometry

Light and shadow may matter more here than a specific wood species. Compare wood-grain printing, transfer or a steel-frame solid-wood-panel direction once the relief is developed. The image does not establish its material, operation or performance; opening direction and any pivot configuration remain project choices.

Send this image or a short question to discuss the woven relief and handle integration.
