Who makes Dooream doors?
Zhejiang Jingyi Door Industry Co., Ltd., a family door factory in Wuyi County, Jinhua, Zhejiang, China. Alan’s family has made entrance doors since 1998 and armoured doors since 2012. Dooream is the factory’s export brand and has served overseas buyers since 2024; the company’s Chinese website is jingyidoors.com. Your messages go to the factory, not to a trading office.
How large can a custom pivot door be?
Pivot doors go up to 4,000 × 8,000 mm (width × height). Double doors go up to 3,000 × 6,000 mm. Every door is made to your opening and drawing.
What is the minimum order?
One door. Every door is made to order.
How is the door built?
From outside to inside: the front panel, a galvanised steel sheet, an aluminium profile frame with an aluminium honeycomb core, a second galvanised steel sheet, and the inner panel.
What can the face be made of?
Carved aluminium is the face we make most. We also make cast-aluminium faces, and faces in sintered stone, glass, wood or copper, at the thickness you choose.
Which pivot hinges and locks do you fit?
FritsJurgens pivot hinges, and smart locks from KFV, G-U and Wintech.
How long does production take?
35–45 days from drawing approval and receipt of the deposit. The first design direction is free and usually comes within one working day.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. A 20 × 20 cm carved and painted aluminium sample costs about USD 50. A scaled door sample using the actual construction costs USD 800. Full-size sample doors are also available, and dealers can put one on their showroom floor.
How are prices quoted?
Prices are EXW at our factory in Wuyi, in US dollars, quoted from your opening size and design. Freight, duties, local delivery and installation are not included.
How are doors checked and packed?
We check quality at every production step and send photographs and video of the finished door before shipment. You or your inspector can also check the door at the factory. Doors are protected with blankets, foam and a wooden crate.
What documents can you provide?
Installation drawings for every order, and the product documents Saudi importers need for SABER registration. We do not currently hold an EN 1627 burglar-resistance rating, and we do not make fire-rated doors. Testing at a lab can be arranged; the buyer usually pays the fee.
Who do you sell to?
Trade buyers only: dealers, architects, contractors and developers. We do not sell directly to homeowners.
How do I start?
Send us on WhatsApp: who you are (dealer, architect, contractor or developer), your country and city, the opening size (W × H) and quantity, a drawing or photo of the opening, and the door you like if you have one. We reply within 12 hours. Video tours of the factory run Monday to Saturday, 14:00–18:00 China time.
