Design reference. A tall warm wood-look door is crossed by fine horizontal joints and one broad black band at handle height. The dark band creates a strong visual pause within the otherwise consistent surface, while the small silver-tone lever keeps the hardware compact.
Set the broad band around everyday reach
The band carries the handle area and establishes the main horizontal datum. When adapting the design, coordinate its height with the lock, adjacent wall features and the finer joints above and below. A slightly wider or narrower band will change how strongly the door divides into upper and lower zones.
Keep material and opening choices flexible
The photograph supports a warm wood appearance and dark contrasting insert, without confirming the underlying materials. Wood-grain printing or transfer can be discussed, as can a steel-frame solid-wood-panel option. Opening direction, lock and any pivot configuration should be selected for the intended passage and complete entrance.
Send this image or your short question to discuss the band proportions, surface and hardware.
