Design reference. A tall brown-grey wood-look leaf is interrupted by a deep black rectangular recess at handle height. A short silver-tone bridge crosses part of the recess, turning the grip area into a precise geometric feature against the otherwise plain surface.
Build the handle around a recessed zone
The recess provides shadow and grip clearance without adding a long external pull. Its depth, edge radius and width should suit hand access and cleaning. The silver-tone insert can carry the visual emphasis, while lock hardware remains nearby but unobtrusive.
Balance warm grain with concrete surroundings
The warm surface softens the exposed concrete wall and pale stone floor. Compare wood-grain printing, transfer or a steel-frame solid-wood-panel direction using project samples. The photograph does not establish the material, operation or performance; opening direction and any pivot configuration need separate selection.
Share this reference or a short question to discuss the recessed handle and finish.
