These terms govern use of dooream.com and preliminary discussions about custom entrance door projects.
Website text, images and design references are provided for general project discussion. Reference images may illustrate a design or finish direction and are not automatically evidence of an installed project, certification or identical final product.
Dimensions, configuration, structure, finish, hardware, glazing, packing and other requirements must be reviewed for each project. Fire, security, thermal, acoustic or other regulated performance is not included unless it is expressly stated in a written quotation and supported by agreed documentation.
A website enquiry does not create an order. Scope, price, payment terms, production information, drawings, acceptance criteria, shipping terms and other commercial conditions are established only in written quotation and order documents accepted by both parties.
The buyer or project team is responsible for providing accurate drawings, opening information, destination, quantities and applicable project requirements. Unless agreed in writing, the buyer is also responsible for import clearance, destination transport, local compliance review and installation arrangements.
Dooream website content may not be copied, republished or used to misrepresent another supplier or project. You may download project templates and share relevant pages internally for legitimate specification and purchasing work.
The website may link to WhatsApp, email, analytics or other third-party services. Their own terms and privacy practices apply.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dooream is not responsible for decisions made solely from general website content before written project confirmation.
